This form is to apply for vendor space or sponsorship for Fayetteville PRIDE's 2026 PrideFest event on June 27th, 10am to 6pm at THE CROWN EXPO CENTER!
Submission of an application does NOT guarantee acceptance. Purchasing advertising space in the Festival Guide does NOT increase your chances of acceptance.
Applications for Vendors are closed as of June 1, 2026. Accepted vendors will be contacted by e-mail no later than June 3, 2026. Payment for vendors who are accepted will be due within 2 business days of acceptance notice. Any waitlisted vendors will be notified by June 10th, 2025.
Accepted applicants will be required to read all Terms and Conditions, and sign a statement of acknowledgment. The Vendor/Sponsorship agreement is not complete without signature and payment.
Only the item(s) specified in your application are allowed to be represented at your booth during the event. No changes may be made without prior consent of Fayetteville PRIDE.
